I think it's part of the creative cycle. We have ideas, we write, then our creative spirits need to go into their little caves for awhile and think of more things. I find that I will write several posts, then nothing for awhile. It's good to leave behind the blogging ethic of a post a day or week or whatever and write when we feel moved to do so.

So far so good but it's just the beginning. I am happy to say that doing this has not stressed me out like writing down the food has in the past. Strange!

I think it's a good idea of you have the time to do so.

I go back and forth between having a food log and not having one. At first, when I started my Intuitive Kitchen food blog, I was going to post everything, but it soon became too much work and I wanted it to be more of a foodie blog anyway. I have, again, recently started a pen and paper food log for myself to monitor the ups and downs of my colitis in comparison to food intake. It's a pain though, which is why I often stop for long periods of time, because this type of food logging has to be very detailed to catch any triggers (i.e. trigger colitis symptoms).

Let me know how you accomplish this because there is nothing I dread more than bathing suit shopping. I love the water, but have not gone swimming for years because of this :(

Also, love the picture FLOG...I might steal the idea from you myself!

WEIRD! I have no idea what to say to that other than, is there any other kind of baby? Aren't babies supposed to be "fat"? for health and developmental reasons. Are we going to start seeing skinny babies as the ideal for mothers to achieve (along with their own bodies)?

I'm sure that the product is just meant to be cute, but still, it is odd.

You're in a good place. Now you can practice honoring that voice. Some of what it says is good, some bad. Maybe this time it's signaling that you should experiment with foods to find out what delights you and what you don't want in your life anymore.
