		<description>So far so good but it's just the beginning.  I am happy to say that doing this has not stressed me out like writing down the food has in the past.  Strange!</description>

I go back and forth between having a food log and not having one. At first, when I started my Intuitive Kitchen food blog, I was going to post everything, but it soon became too much work and I wanted it to be more of a foodie blog anyway. I have, again, recently started a pen and paper food log for myself to monitor the ups and downs of my colitis in comparison to food intake. It's a pain though, which is why I often stop for long periods of time, because this type of food logging has to be very detailed to catch any triggers (i.e. trigger colitis symptoms).</description>
