		<description>When I first started to accept that I had an ED, I went to my doctor who asked me to do just this...It started me of again and I was back to square one.  Fore some reason you remember that back in the 'dieting days' like you said, this is what you used to do.  So for me - seeing the amount of foo I was eating actually caused my bulimia to come back.  For some ppl it works - for me it didn't!</description>
