I am really liking Geneen Roth’s Why Weight’s writing exercises. I have been doing them daily since the 25th and, even though I’m not “perfect” (ha! like there is such a thing), I am feeling much better.
So there’s a little bit of yay right there.

I haven’t read that one although I am reading another of her books ‘When you eat at the refrigerator, pull up a chair’.
50 ways to feel thin, gorgeous and happy (when you feel anything but)
Great read - and makes you think.
